Hair Consultant

– Perform professional hair scalp analysis & treatment for customers
– Customize treatment package according to customers scalp condition
– Maintain and build good customer relationships
– Promote and educate customers on company’s products and services


Hair Assistant

– Provides good hands-on treatment and hair dressing needs to meet the customers’ expectation
– Build & maintain a good relationship with customers


Customer Service Consultant


– To assist in daily front line operations supports
– To handle enquiries and scheduling appointments with customers
– To provide excellent customer service to all customers.
– To be responsible for administrative, cashiering duties and stock inventory.


– Only applicable for Singaporeans
– Must be comfortable with working retail hours
– Positive and self-driven attitude
– Candidates with no experience are welcome
– Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking customers

With the use of Premium Chinese Herbs, TCM theory and advanced technology, we aim to treat all hair and scalp conditions to ensure that every person that walks through our doors walks out satisfied.
